One word - impressive

Spits out cornflakes

Whoooaaaaaa - that is seriously cool - so glad I backed this.

Vid gave me goosebumps when he says - 'All tubes fire' - fantastico.

Lot's of nice little details in that vid, such as the way the gun barrel's on the cruiser glowed red after firing. It shows that the dev team have great attention to detail!

It's certainly impressive - sound off while at work - will rewatch later. I like the jump graphic, and I like the feel of the cockpit (I read the comment from Michael about mock up) and I like the "planey" feel to the way the ships move.

I still have reservations about how the whole thing will play (See toys strewn around cot) day to day but I'm sure more videos will come...

In terms of FPS style play (I never had too many doubts about where this was headed) this vid, if refllective of the game, is definitely beyond my hopes and dreams...

A little bit of love wee popped out!!

That is the single most impressive thing I have seen in gameplay well ever..

I am HONOURED to be part of the founders for this amazing game.

Equally if thats how the combat will be I can't imagine how amazing the details on the onesies will be..

A+ Frontier Devs BRAVO... BRAVO..

Like Jan I actually got a bit goosebumpy watching that - did think the enemy were going down a bit easy but you've covered that.

Very impressive - and when you consider it's nowhere near finished...

:D

Our 1 week old baby was sat on my lap when I watched this and filled his nappy at the end (with some gusto).

I think he likes it too.

Also I love the "twitch play" that you can have with smaller ships. Exactly what I hoped for - the ability to use your environment as cover during combat by flying in and around larger ships and objects at speed, with larger ships more akin to barges as was mentioned a while back. If that's what FD are settling on it looks perfect.
It does! I could feel my pulse speed up watching that. Exciting :)
