I bought Elite Dangerous Commander Deluxe Edition yesterday on a third party site and it gave me a steam key. I activated the product on Steam and I can run the launcher but I am only given the option to play the demo when I login to everything. I made sure steam is connected with my Frontier account but it still won't work. I also made sure to add my billing address. I am at a complete loss. I already contacted support but they have yet to reply and its been over a day. Here's some videos of everything I have tried.

We're aware of an issue with 3rd party keys at the moment which we're investigating.
To help us out and so we can make sure you have game access can you please let us know the Key.
