No, it wasn't available in this country, so I bought the Vive as soon as it has appeared here. I bought it especially because of this game, and I didn't have any regrets. It's literally a game-changing experience!
Hey man so support finally replied to me they said it's just a bug and now I'm activated and ready to play. I'd like to apologize for being so rude before, I was really ed off thinking that I spent nearly 30$ on a game that I couldn't play nor could I refund.
I apologize too, I should have understood the frustration, good that it is all working now though!
Same thing is happening to my friend, I bought a G2A key for the Commander Deluxe Edition for 22$ and since she redeemed it on steam hasnt been able to play and stumbled upon the play demo launcher, she's contacted support and did what @hillsteadinc said, now we are just waiting for a solution, may I ask if they sent you some cd keys for you to active manually or was it done by the support team?
Well it's not fixed yet but I assume they are going to give me the 3 keys I don't have any clue though.

Okay, so a quick update... My friend had her Game activated by Frontier support, after 5 days... I'm pretty sure they were just stalling since they mentioned "We dont recommend buying from third parties" If you are having the same problem, just use videos to show instead of typing or sending pictures.
What would be the point? If they wanted to make her suffer, they would have just revoked that key and left her dry. But that's not how the support works.
@Dolphin Bottlenose No idea, but they clearly didnt like it, took them 5 days lol but still, problem solved and the "lemon" works just as any legitimate ED copy, Frontier did up baaaadly by making that change back in April.
