Well... I wish it would be up now because technically it is already tomorrow at the other side of the world but, they mean tomorrow as in GMT tomorrow.
I’d expect things to start dropping at 12pm GMT on the 29th. 
Oh, I watched the video in the OP and the creator clearly says 29th March 2pm UK time. People in this thread got me hyped for today.

Well I made the thread on the 27th in the morning so I considered the day already over so all we had left was the 28th. Tomorrow is the big day.
I can't wait. Beyond hyped for this game. 2:00PM UK time means 10:00PM Taiwan time, it's gonna be a long day at work waiting in anticipation for the hallowed hour
I will get to see it at 9:00 AM on the East coast of the US.
