Only Two Systems in Famine Mingfu and 4 Sextantis Permit Locked; Permits Do Not Exist. FDEV Response Requested

So No one has been able to figure out how to get into these systems. Like many others that have Looked I have come to a conclusion that this has been over looked and is bugged.

The Reasoning behind this is;
Mingfu Minor Faction does not exsist out side of Ming Fu
Mingfu has 2nd Faction 4 Sextantis
4 Sextantis is also Permit locked
4 Sextantis Inc can be found in several other systems
4 Sextantis Inc is the Primary Minor Faction in 4 Sextantis and is the Secondary in Mingfu reputation with this Faction Does Not Give Permit to 4 Sextantis or Mingfu

I'm not in game so can't check but are you saying Mingfu and 4 Sextantis are in famine?

If so that would suggest some BGS movement by players and If there is no permit currently available I'm thinking they might be live test systems.

Unless there is a permit.

There's a (small) downward pressure on the economy slider, so systems will eventually end up in Famine if no-one does something. It looks like the pressure is low enough that it needs to be a permit system where no-one can do anything for it to get that far, though.

My point was I wanted to goto a Famine State and I had search both EDDB, Inara and used the In Game tools provided and the Only Systems I have found were MingFu and 4 Sextantis.

Are you sure? When I was forcing systems into famine I thought I saw upward pressure - I've been assuming that the systems drift towards the centre 'white' neutral area if left alone. But you watch these things more closely than I do

Plus - the OP is being misled by the out-of-date information on 3rd party sites - in-game shows no famine in those systems, e.g.

Ah, if it's an old Famine from pre-3.3 that would explain it.

I watch in an area which doesn't really have no-traffic systems, so the pressure is downwards in all the ones I watch. You'd definitely know more about the behaviour in that half of the slider!

Thanks for the information, regardless of what state the systems are Now in I was just looking for any systems in Famine and those were the only two that came up in the entire bubble. My Goal was to go there and use the distribution centers to wake scan and try to get some data mined.

As for out of data info I dont know about that while its true since MingFu and 4 Sextantis are permit locked thus may not have been updated in a very long time according to two separate sources Inara pictured below and EDDB which shows None

Where do you think inara gets its data? From CMDRs who visit the system. And no-one can visit....c'mon - this is not rocket science

3.4 removed my ability to see the Mingfu system map, but prior to that I was allied with the only faction in Mingfu that had a presence in any other systems. Lack of a permit here may technically have been working correctly as the Ming fu control faction was limited to Mingfu proper. However, at least a few CMDRs seem to have Mingfu permits from before this was the case.

4 Sextantis simply seems broken. I've been allied with the control faction for almost two years and have never seen a permit mission on the boards of any of the stations or outposts where this faction existed.

There is also an HD system (specific name escapes me at this point) that ispermit locked, populated, and if I recall correctly, has or had factions with a presence in other systems...but for some reason never had an attainable permit.
