I normally can't wait for the live stream from Ed and the team, but last nights fiasco was ajoke.

keep in mind that these are promotional streams, more about show and engagement than information source. people seem to love them, but signal to noise ratio is indeed usually very low. not unlike most youtube videos, btw.

if you are merely interested in the info, reading the abstract that someone invariably posts here on the forum just hours later will be a lot more efficient and a lot less irritating. personally i don't mind the antics, but sometimes find the level of self-importance a bit too embarrassing compared to the game's reality. ymmv.

The guy with the beard has a name, if you even bothered to look it up, also, perhaps if you didn't have such a rotten attitude you might have gone beyond the 10 minutes and came to appreciate that they do these live streams to benefit US. They don't have to waste their time for this abuse.

Ya know what? I don't give a rat's behind what the guy behind the MacDonald's counter's name is and I could care even less what the bearded guy in the video's name is. And the only difference between the two is one makes more money and one probably has 10 or 20 points more IQ.

I took time out of my day to watch what I assumed would be a professional quality presentation by a large software company talking about the next big changes coming shortly.

That's not what we got. What we got was a video circus in the background and a couple of guys that were barely prepared to do what they were supposed to do.

Uhm... It was not a video about the next big changes coming shortly, but this video was a response to a Q&A forum thread started a few days ago. It was basically a Q&A response to the player base on this forum. Nothing else.
