Opening/Closing times are locked?

I recently started a new Franchise and I can't adjust my opening/closing times. They are locked at 5am to 11pm (Not very realistic open hours!) I'm getting a little frustrated with the prolonged night cycle, I can't do any work while it is so dark. (Also I noticed this was locked before update 1.0.4 came out).
I'm pretty confident I was able to change the opening hours of my other franchise zoos.
Is anyone else having this problem?

all of us. my zoo is now locked from 03.30-04.30pm..

Yep! It’s annoying but I found that if you press the L key a light will click on so you can see your animals at night. Helps me find animals that are fighting at night.
