I have noticed Opinion Polls appear more frequently in high security systems, in CMD buildings too, not just HAB's

extraction settlements can have as many hab data ports as tourist settlements do without those ports being in restricted areas, and they have better other loot too.

I have been doing a few restore/reactivation/eliminate scavs missions etc over the past couple of days. Mainly EXT sites and keep finding OPs and FPs.
