Opinions, Expectaions and Suggestions

First let me apologies, this is my first post here and i am now well versed where should things be. If this is not the proper place, please point me in the right direction. Thanks.
Now to the complaining: This will be a set of experiences I had, that does not seam proper and/or need some improvement. I will list them in non particular order and, as I mentioned above,
I will try to modify it if there is a way to do so.

UI:

Gal Map:
With the new icon based display and the reordering of the filter, i would like to suggest adding a
"select/deselect all" toggle at the bottom or top of the filter lists, especially the longer ones like System States or Star Types
It sometimes takes a lot of time to uncheck all the filters, find whatever you are looking for and then check them all back again.

Bookmarks:
Al-tho I like the new categorization and separation of the bookmarks, including the search bar suggestions, i still feel they are a bit low on the count side.
As there is no in-game tool to check my player group faction owned systems, I use the bookmarks to do so. But if i want to plan an exploration trip I ran out of them
and have to use other ways to track them.

Shipyard:
The new UI is rather inefficient
Why does the Shipyard needs to have 70% of the screen showing a static view of the ship, especially when this view takes half an hour to load. Its just wasted space.
It lacks some of the information that was previously visible, like installed modules and their engineering - just a count is not really helpful.

One more thing, who in their bright mind, decided that a horizontal scroll is better than vertical one. Have you tried using wide spreadsheets - feels the same. You can't put a long unordered list in a horizontal line. 3 or 5, up to 7 elements in a group, that is the average acknowledged limit a normal person can take at a time.
I have 35 ships in different sizes and different states of engineering, and with all the lag of the "wasted space emporium" i need to scroll somewhere in the middle so i can find my last/current used ship.
The Manufacturer filter is a good start, but very limited. If I remember correctly the same list in Horizons was ordered in size and distance to transfer separated in different lists

On-Foot UI lacking information:
Example: I want to upgrade/engineer a suit or a weapon, i just finished a mission and returned it in the concourse. Question: Do i have enough materials to do said improvement? Where do i find said info? You don't have it on foot - usually you have your backpack, but that shows only its content, not all the mats you have stored. Also that does not work in station only outside, so you need run to the weapon dealer, check price, then run to the lift and your ship, board it and check the panel there. Not even the consoles, that has the giant panel with your face on it, has access to that info. God bless i still test things in a DBX so i don't need to run 5 min to the nose of the ship #pant

Game flow:

On-foot crime & punishment and ship mechanic does not work as stated:
Example: Get a few missions, do something illegal, get killed and respawn at a detention center.
Promised behavior is that your ship will be transferred there with you, but its not. So you have to take a shuttle to a nearby station, wait for transfer of your ship, go to the other location, and then continue what you were doing. If this was marketed as intended punishment, I would be OK with it - a deterrent against illegal activities, but is not presented as such.

Edit: I forgot to mention
Something that bugs me with combat: You know how when you destroy a ship in space it drops loot - materials and cargo? I really miss this in on-foot mechanic, being able to search downed enemies, and find materials and credits would be good, (i know that stealing their weapons may be a bit too much for balance sake, but this is a realistic scenario). You can't interact at all with the bodies. I would like to be able to at least drag the bodies so i can hide them away from patrol routes. I don't know, its kinda lacking.

On a bright note
Thanks for the updates and fixes. I really went form "I dont wana touch Elite anymore" to "I can't stop thinking about it".
There are a lot of things i want to try and see in the expansion and that leads me push trough the grind, but even at this early stage i feel like i start see the bottom of the gameplay puddle.
Will see how things go, hope its for the better.

Cheers
