Option for switching to Imperial units

In the UK we use both metric and imperial just to be annoying.

And a billion is a million million, except when it isn't.

The US Billion (a thousand million) is the accepted norm now though.

I'm not sure there would be a point considering the global nature of the player base. I think the vast majority is comfortable with the metric system as it's used everywhere nowadays. Officially there's only 3 countries in the world that still use the imperial system exclusively: USA, Myanmar, & Liberia. And even then, in the USA, NASA use metric themselves 100% since about 1990 (Even they recognize the metric system as superior ). So implementing this may not be the best use of Dev time considering the myriad of bugs and QoL fixes that need to go in, and new content notwithstanding.
