General Gameplay option to remove everything at once

when i want to make a new park i don't reset the current park because i lose all the money, instead i close the park and demolish everything and sell all dinosaurs but it's way too tedious to manually remove every single thing so an option to remove everything at once would be great

or...to make it simpler when you reset the park add an option to keep the money.... it's basically the same thing.

That kinda already exists in sandbox. you can restart the island and just set your money in the options.
