Orbital outpost station still under deployment after three weekly server maintenances

Althought this topic has been already partially raised i report here about two orbital outpost stations , both orbiting a ringed gas giant and both still appearing "under deployment " althought they have been finished 3 weeks ago ( the forst one and two weeks ago (the second one). It means that 3 resp. 2 wekkly ticks have passed without those station beeing online and operational. Other more recent structure don't have this issue and became operational after the weekly server maintenance. BTW both appear as "Unexplored" in the nav panel.
Someone else having the the same issue?

yep, my astro base has seen 3 ticks as well "under deployment" - nevertheless. missions are available and on foot area is active.... so i guess its (in my case) a visual bug - like the astros swimming in the hangar-deck

My Coriolis looks deployed, with missions and the like. But after a month still no shipyard or any commodities for sale (not even biowaste). Hopefully a reset for all built facilities will come in the next couple of weeks.

Same issue with my asteroid station - station services work, market works, landing pads all say under deployment and the scaffolding is still up, and the on foot area is not populated - still in deployment.

Interesting! In my case they are both fully under deplyment (empty inside), no market but they gives missions

Addendum: Yes, after the tick, my renamed station (via Arx) now has a shipyard! It doesn't have Universal Cartographics and it still doesn't sell anything, but progress has been made at least. Thanks for the tip!
I think Cartographics is based on system Development level but I'm not sure. Good to hear something worked, though.

Addendum: both stations are now (after today's tick) completed (both visually and operationally) and populated. THey no longer appear as "unexplored" in the nav panel.
