Who ever did it clearly use Daenerys of the House Targaryen, the First of Her Name, The Unburnt, Queen of the Andals, the Rhoynar and the First Men, Queen of Meereen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Protector of the Realm, Lady Regnant of the Seven Kingdoms, Breaker of Chains and Mother of Dragons as inspiration.

They based her off the CBBE mod in Skyrim.
She doesn't have elf ears. Its just that particular pic that has been photoshopped to have them. The proper art has human ears.
If you look at li young rui's pp photo it looks like he has a booger sticking out of his left nostril and it bugs me knowing its there
