In the morning I bought serveral times Orrerian Viscius Brew. Each time 128 at a time. Now in the evening I only get 32 at a time. How so? Does it depends on the time?

The problem is balance as a well known advocate of PP2.0 has already pointed out. They have to address the merits revenue stream. Rares is king atm I'm sure that wasn't intended. Can't hand in exo, trade, or discovery data so atm our options are rather limited.
Unless you wanna take a beamvette into a given system and grind 10 to 60 or wotever it is merits per kill.
