If you contact support please make sure to let them know what platform it was on, where you pre-ordered with and share anything you can to show that you pre-ordered. When picking a heading, please choose your platform and technical query, so for example "Planet Coaster - Xbox Series X - Technical Query" to make sure it gets to the right place.
