Can anyone redeem there Oswald’s Magnificent Machine Code for PlayStation 5 version I tried mine and it says it’s no longer valid

Update it worked at midnight UK time can a mod please lock this

Hi. I pre-ordered the game at Amazon (France) for my PS4 and got the game today in the mail. But no code for the exclusive pre-order DLC Oswald's Magnificient Machine...

I pre-ordered mine from Walmart Didn't get a code either. Was it only from a select ammount of retailers?

Pre ordered Planet Coaster Physical @ bol.com (The Netherlands). Called them multiple times now. They don’t know anything about a pre order Coaster. So i got no Oswalt’s Magnificent Machine for my PS4. :-(

Last time I get suckered into these Pre-Order traps. Everybody should learn from this lesson. Even if we had gotten the bonus, it probably wasn't worth it.

Asked Amazon (France) why I didn't receive the DLC code (for PS4)....gonna have to wait and see what they answer me...
I'll tell you once a have a response.

We're still investigating this one, however support can help some of you out at the moment. You can contact them here, go through the knowledge base and submit a ticket: https://customersupport.frontier.co.uk/hc/en-us

If you contact support please make sure to let them know what platform it was on, where you pre-ordered with and share anything you can to show that you pre-ordered. When picking a heading, please choose your platform and technical query, so for example "Planet Coaster - Xbox Series X - Technical Query" to make sure it gets to the right place.

I'll share more updates when I have them!

Submitted a request to the tech support and they answered quickly and provided me with a DLC code. (y)(y)(y)

Wouldn't it just be easier to make the code available to everyone (since most would have pre-ordered...), rather than requiring them to go through all the work of submitting tickets?

Obviously there was a communication problem between Frontier and the vendors, rather than making frustrated customers jump through more hoops, just make the dlc code available now and deal with the mis-communication problems to the side. It's not like anyone is getting some high-valuable exclusive if they didn't pre-order but get the code anyways...

I didn't buy the console edition, so I have nothing to gain either way, only from a customer service standpoint...

I’ve submitted a request to tech support twice and showed proof with attached pictures. A week ago and yesterday. Still haven’t heard anything back about the PS5 dlc code for Planet Coaster Console. Any help would be appreciated thank you.
