Because I'm in HIP 27986 and there is some strange local news at Webb port. Talks of sickness spreading symbiote. And they removed deadly alien parasites. Can some one come over and confirm. Just about to go for my kids from school.

Alien life discovered in HIP 27986. Unfortunately it's a particularly nasty parasite that attaches itself to the nervous system of the host.

I'm at my kids school at the moment so can't look at any more. (The wonders of 4g). I was about to go to witch head nebula on a science mission and this is a waypoint some folks are using too.

Any body else not noticed all stations have been infected with a new outbreak on the 3rd.

If you don't see the message where they say its an alien symbiote parasite then you will see another generic one from the 3rd saying something like it's a fungal virus and it happened because of faulty life support or air conditioners are the main ones I've seen.

I think we are about to see a pandemic. Cut across the bubble because no one is following these outbreaks.

If i remember correct, the technological plague was from UAs being sold at the station. Oh and bring on the plague, that will bring massive profits from medicine. Gonna have to bring out the "Freedom" Express for some medicine drops.

yeah, a drug that makes you a psychopath. this was with the Rift ships though.. Not the Generation ships.

It's not related to this.. this outbreak is there for a long time already. (as far as i know. )

So, I took the advice to bring Basic Meds to an outbreak system. I loaded 128T onto my Python, from Dervish Platform, to Vito Orbital in the Colonia Region. My profit was a measly 13K. Not exactly what I was looking for. I'll go back to running missions.

128 tons should give you around 400k though.. Something went wrong me thinks.

Here's the line for Basic Meds at Dervish, from EDDB.

The price is 206, and it's selling at 26% discount. That's the same price I paid a few hours ago, My total cost computes to 26,368 Crs. and I remember when I sold it at Vitto the profit was over 13K. So there must be some other factor needed to get BIG money at an Outbreak system.

I still think we are missing something yea I've seen the usual outbreaks headlines in the local news feeds. What I'm trying to convey here is that on the 3rd a lot of stations are reporting a new type of outbreak. One not seen before the 3rd. Could the outbreak be evolving?

I've been following it for a while firstly stations reported outbreaks of an airborne disease spreading. Then they said it was fungal. Now it's a an alien parasite that doesn't spread from skin to skin contact. So explain how it spreads?

"Outbreak" states occur every Thursday morning after Wednesday night "Ladies night" near universities all across North America. Particularly profitable for pharmaceutical companies and latex manufacturers.
