Horizons Over zealous ramming behaviour is back again

Seriously they fix this and then after a patch it gets reset. Every ship tries to ram me regardless of their size and often it is suicidal for them. It isn't even used tactically, all it does is make me have to wait ages for a shields to regenerate. A npc with shields down and 1 size smaller than my ship with 30% health that blows up on impact. Pointless.

Hm, have to say... some NPC types do love to ram again, almost like in old times.
Seems their desired miss-distance got lost again.

And with their often drastically increased V2.1 Hull/Shield stats, getting rammed now really hurts.

From what I've seen, Combat Scenarios (i.e. Conflict Zones) have it the most often. At least it's not a "Scan-to-Ram" issue, just the lack of miss-distance when they try to pass head-on.

Hmm, can't say it really bothers me.. When in a big ship I often want to ram them since it's the best way of killing them quickly.. it never seems to take more than 1/2 a bar off my Python even when ramming a Conda.. When in a small ship it's really easy to dodge the rams anyway so it's not really a problem..

What ship are you in? I get the impression that NPCs have some issues evading huge ships, whereas the 'fly-by' they want to do works great against other ships. Apart from intentional ramming I only experience this in my corvette.

An FDL. I get why FAS, dropships, and gunships do this tactically because they are heavy armoured, but I'm finding pretty much all ships less so Sidewinders and Eagles are deliberately ramming themselves to death.

Anaconda here ,I have had this issue with a couple of smaller ships but 99% of the time I am interdicted by dropship or higher and most exhibit this behaviour, sure would like access to NPC shields as mine just melt at the first sign of gunfire and getting rammed does not help.
