Parsec - viable remote gaming

Occasionally, when visiting family in the countryside, or on business trips, I wished I had a fix for my gaming needs, and conneting to my home PC seemed like a low hanging fruit. I tried TeamViewer, but the lag was unbearable even for turn based games, it was clumsy and was constantly harassed by 'suspected corporate use'.

So when I tried Parsec, it succeeded all my expectations. Sure, there are some breaks of missing frames and overall the fps appears to be relatively low. But there is virtually no input lag to the point all games can played unless it is some competitive FPS. It feels like my vanilla laptop was suddenly upgraded to a gaming machine.

Setting the thing up is easy, there is a portable version for corporate laptops and it is completely free - though at this point I would be happy to pay for it.
