When Federal Security decided to get involved with a fight, and they get the luck of the final shot (more often than not) there should be some kind of partial bounty for the poor pilot that just spent 10 mins wearing down their shields.
When you attack are you at nav point or not? IF it in super cruise or in UUS go on the right panel and disable call for help. Not sure of the name but it on the right panel.
