Stop asking for new rides, this is an alpha. It's a test build only! And they're doing a darn good job already patching and fixing bugs. An Alpha is not early access to a game! Please understand this.
Agree! Frontier will give us more stuff when they are ready. The main reason of releasing the alpha is to collect bugs and update, as well as enjoying the game. There will be lots to come over the next six months, so just be patient. All good things come to those who are prepared to wait! [yesnod] [yesnod] [yesnod]

Early Alpha

Except you know, an alpha is exactly what early release is, since the definition of early acces is alphafunding. Read up on your terms please. Although i completely agree, people should realize that the most important thing at this stage is, by far, patching, rather than adding. [cool][pirate]

Frontier
Any news on new rides [yesnod]
Later stages of alpha.

Great! Frontier does a good job in updating. This is already the second update since launch of the alpha[up]
Thanks!

Not sure if it is just me but updating Planet coaster via the launcher it seems stuck at 99% has been for awhile now
Give it time. The patcher client right now still has a few knacks to get ironed out. :)

Are coasters activated?
type in "underconstruction" without the quotes in the games search field.

The same happened to me.. I let it set for over an hour while I took a shower and had breakfast and it still did not complete. My network is fine,, AT&T universe. I finally deleted the "planet coaster" folder and re-downloaded the game and now all is well again.
Could you PM me your network log of the patcher client?

I guess closing down the game and launchpad and restarting it. It should offer the option "update" instead of "play"
Will put in a request to have it auto-check for updates.

For us, Alpha is where 1) you and the others find bugs and issues, 2) we smash the bugs and issues, 3) let you play the game while we apply fixes and apply content, 4) apply new content at later stages in the development while still doing 1 2 and 3. [tongue]

cant whait for the terrain editor.
so far, it looks soooo good, my expectations werent that high couse of rctw but you guys seem to pull it of and
makeing a game where you can be proud of, this feels like rct and that just great :D

btw, found a little bug where i couldnt rotate a building wall slope to the left, i think, was a few days ago,
will look into it by times :)

When you launch the game and go into build a park, the version number is shown in the top right next to the settings button. Mine currently shows Build 0.1.2.17302 (see shot below)

I've had that happen - it sometimes needs a few clicks in the same place for it to behave (unless something else is preventing it going there).
