Patch notes before server announcement - Just once! Please!

Every time a patch comes along you tell us to check the forums, yet never in my experience have they been ready to read as directed.

Where I work we have to have patch notes and release notes out before anything else. Why can't you release the notes in tandem with the announcement?

I don't know if I need to land... Sell data, keep data.... dash for a station?
