Pathfinder > Trailblazer ??

I understand that titles can be somewhat arbitrary, but sometimes there is an obvious order of ascendancy for related terms. In this case, I've graduated from Trailblazer to Pathfinder. They are technically synonyms, but Pathfinder can refer to those who simply seek out existing paths, whereas Trailblazer is exclusively someone who prepares for others to follow.

I did wonder about that myself (while looking at a ranking table). I'm currently at Surveyor, but suspect I will be moving up a rank shortly. I've been at Surveyor since 250k ish earned from exploring and am now very close to 1 million. What is your highest earnings from a single system, if you don't mind me asking? I think mine is something like 26k, which I'd consider a little light for the amount of time I spend in many systems.

I've done a fair whack of exploring, earned about 3mill now from it so far by scanning sectors outside the human "sphere" and making a few 500ly trips out.
The rank progression didn't really seem linear with the systems i scanned, it may be that it uses the sell data as your "XP" so the less known the data the more "XP" it gives you.
The naming system is a little odd o.0
Only just hit pathfinder recently though
