Doubtful he will seek a new platform, as he's said this all ways a hobby, when hobbies start causing stress. You start disliking them.
meh. While I love wasting time watching Tik Toks- I feel like the community there can be very troll-ish and would probably stress him out further.

Thank you Chante! Also thank you everybody elsePaulsLey has been a wonderful mentor for many in the community, with his fantastic tutorials and builds. It’s a shame he has had to deal with this for so long, and as a result has left YouTube. I hope he will continue to be a content creator and share his knowledge with people on other platforms, but respect his choice either way. A big thank you to him for supporting us over the years

DeLadysigner was able to help him get his videos up without having a channel. So you can find his videos via a search but if you search his name there won't be a channel to click on.
It looks like he is back on Twitch actually. So I take that back!!
