Being able to "spray" the paths like you can with Sims 3 or Windows Paint is a great idea! I think they should keep their current path system, but the player could change to the "spray" setting to finish. For example, if you are trying to make a curve, but you want the inside of the curve to be filled with paths, you could switch the path options and fill in the gap. This could also be very helpful for plazas. The player could use the original path tool to make an outline shaped like a circle, then spray in the middle. This idea has a lot of potential.
