sorry to interject here but ... Isn't Engineering already getting some type of "revamp" or whatever sometime soon?

I was sympathizing with heathenlamb's frustration and yes, the devs are looking at making changes to engineering. So I agree with him and the devs that engineering could use some adjustment/rebalancing. Hopefully it won't involve cash.
