PC After Corsair Update - Xbox Controller Button Presses now include keyboard commands

After I updated my game today (2025-04-08) on PC, my xbox controller I used before now includes keyboard commands when I using the buttons. (e.g.: A, now includes A + Spacebar, B now includes B + Enter). Does anyone have a fix?

Hard to give complete advice if we don't know the OS and game platform etc
Nothing in ED does that kind of macroing, and the only fixes on the patch notes were to add the ability to use the controller on certain screens, which doesn't sound like what you are experiencing.

If you're running it from Steam, see if Steam Input is doing something funky with the button mappings, or just keeping the Steam Desktop settings instead of letting the game through, almost as if it just isn't recognising the game as running?

If you have Steam running, quit it (select the "Steam" menu on the upper left of the Steam window and from the menu select "exit"). Steam interferes with the Xbox controller.
