Hey guys, just asked Brett on the Elite imperials discord chat a couple of questions about the incoming skins patch and he was able to confirm that any existing skin purchases from the store will not work with Xbox. Only skins bought through the in game menu after today's update.
PC and Xbox skins will not be interchangeable.

I'm assuming that means those who got EGX codes from last year will also not be able to use those decals as well?
I would assume no. Though I didn't specifically ask about the EGX codes.
On the XboxLive stream they mentioned this..
If you still have the card you got from EGX, the card with the code. You can contact costumer support and they will try to help you out.

Tactical paint pack for the Anaconda is mine as soon as im home.. lol
i do tend to live under a rock at times.... but is the update out today, i.e 1.6? 2.1? what? or just skins? (just skins lol... ill be spending pennies later if so)

Either way I'm basically counting down the hours to get home tonight and apply a paint job to my ship and see what else people are already applying and flying around in!!!!

Today's update is more or less Paint jobs + long overdue bug fixes.
I used it in the frontier store, sometime in October, can't remember the exact date. I was sure to select the skin for Xbox platform.
I'll find out once I update the client.
i am so matching my new clipper and python.
I am willing to bet that such a small percentage of the community actually has it on both systems it isn't worth even looking into.
