Just had a timely reminder that FalconFour's Ultimate Boot CD is still very much the front runner in BOOT CDs. I recently posted a link to Hiren's mainly because I couldn't for the life of me remember the name Falcon. (It'll come to you all eventually. Those of us already there would all be saying it if we could remember!

Anyway. FalconFour is continually updated, with bug fixes and is available on USB as well. It is the first choice. But there are alternatives. The time to have a couple of these lying around is now, when things are working fine.
Sadly, a word of warning. There are a number of sites which claim to be offering these downloads, FalconFour especially, but which are not Falcon. Avoid them, they are invariably scams.
