Planet Coaster - the previous one of the "Planet games" by Frontier.
The general consensus is that the system requirements of the Planet Zoo will be similar, so just check the recommended reqs for Planet Coaster and compare them to your system.

I just checked the Steam page for PZ and it loks like they've put the minimum requirements there (no recommended, so far)
GTX770 and ivy bridge CPU is 2012 level of hardware.
Generally what it means is - if your laptop can run things like Mass Effect 3, Far Cry 3, AC3 (goddammit, there were loads of threes, that year...) Borderlands 2, etc.... it will run this game.
