Peeps are not using the shops

A little problem just popped up. I have made 5 parks (all still WIP), but in the 5th one have two rides and 3 facilities as shown in the screen shot below. My other 4 parks, the peeps will use the shops, but in this one with over 400 peeps, they will ride the rides, but completely ignore my shops.

There's a known bug whereby if you've moved the location of shops after you initially placed them the guests will no longer visit them. Try deleting the shops from the building and then readding them.
