And besides subjective opinions, no, that Papo figure is also not correct. You'd barely see the raised spines in life on an accurate reconstruction.

The Papo looks much more accurate with its skull and more slender build than the JWE II model . on the back are not spines sticking out ! That could just be scales or small bone plates like Ankylosaurus or crocodilians have ;) ! The Dominion Giga looks much more like an Acro and it had not even nearly such high spines in real live ,.... they made it look more like Acro to make it looking more dangerous for the Movie.
papo model without the scales on the back would be pretty accurate.
