Since I can't into abbreviations, what does DDF/DDA stand for?

Design Decision Forum / Design Decision Archive (see my sig for link).

As a DDF member, of course I want this. The state of things done without DDF feedback (especially powerplay) seems to me to show that switching the DDF off was a dumb idea. But, hey, we are where we are, and I have no expectation whatsoever that FD will resurrect the DDF. However, they really do need to concentrate on the DDA designs, not go off on this new stuff.

It's a +1 from me, even if at best it just distributes information and understanding better it's still a win. But I back the full idea.

Presumably many of the noobs who want E: D to be like game XXXXXX. That seems to be much of the player base. Plus those with a chip on their shoulders who think that the DDF designed stuff, and should not have done (lots of those in previous threads).

+1. That DDA document is gold.

BTW op your avatar is impossible in game because the station would kill him for firing in the no fire zone and murder. Always makes me laugh, is that intentional? Take all my rep.

How about saying what from the DDF should be prioritized? Right now you're asking "who wants more awesome stuff?". Ofcourse everyone agrees. It gives a false impression of shared desires.

I don't necessarily read it as adding new ideas, more steerance towards the DDA stuff, comms and feedback on whats planned with that, why things don't work, changes to ideas there etc.

That's another thread, this one is to get them, at the very least, back in the right direction and back on track.
