Petting zoos and animal education centers

Everyone loves cute fluffy animals, everyone especially loves petting them. Plenty of zoos that I have gone to in the past have had some form of petting zoo where the little kids could run around and love up on little baby goats, or alpacas, or sheep, or any sort of docile creature. I think it would be awesome if the game included that too.

Another thing would be a animal education center. Some place where a handler would come out and show off some of the cooler animals. Birds, reptiles, insects, things people generally wouldn't get to see up close.

Wildlife Park had a Farm Animals DLC as well as a petting zoo feature... However as much as I like the idea, I'm not sure if that's the route to take with this game, just based on the fact the guests don't really have much in the way of interaction and that'd be a whole new system they'd have to program in.

Even if not, llamas and alpacas would be fun in the game! They had them in Frontier's Zoo Tycoon

I'd love for llamas and/or alpacas to find their way into this game! Not necessarily in a petting zoo context, but yeah... Llamas are fun!

There is a Conservation-Status for Domesticated Animals, so I think we will get at least one domesticated Animal

Personally, I would pay extra for a new system like that in a DLC. But you're quite right, this is a conservation based game so this might not even be on Frontier's radar to make an interactive domesticated DLC like that.

I get that the game is primarily for conservation but there are animals that zookeepers do bring out for educational purposes like bringing the snakes out to pet at a reptile exhibit. Or at the very least have a zookeeper talk to the crowds for an in depth education about the animals, since most zoos do have that for some of there more popular animals.
