Photo Booth, Cameras, Water Rides, & Wooden Roller Coasters

PHOTO BOOTH & Camera-
Since living in Chicago I would go to Six Flag Great America as a little kid. I would always want to ride a Wooden Roller Coaster named "The Viper". I rode that ride so many times that I knew exactly were the Camera was & I would pose for it. Going back there this past summer I saw that the ride's photo booth was not working anymore. I was crushed and this game had me thinking what if this game had a photo booth & a camera were it would take pictures of the people. Some of them would pose and do silly things while passing the camera. It would be so cool at night because you can see the camera flash when taking the pictures. Later on People can so and buy their photo if they choose to do so.

WOODEN ROLLER COASTERS-
Also I would look to see wooden roller coasters added to the game because I do like classic rides like "The Viper" or ""The American Eagle". It would give people more of a variety of what people like in their roller coaster.

WATER RIDES-
Not only do what I like to see wooden roller coasters. I would also like to see water rides as well. A lot of amusement parks have water theme parks in them & it would be awesome if this game could have water rides and also other water themes in the game, so people can use them in the park. This will also get people to choose whether they want a regular theme park with just roller coasters or regular water theme park with just water rides.for example you could put a water log ride in the game & it would be cool to see that.

So far we've seen some sketches for wood coasters and told that we would get them AFTER the game launched. Get your wallets ready ppl its time to shell out for DLC this and DLC that.

No way Frontier is going to add woodies AFTER launch. I mean, we saw them (almost finished) in a livestream of more than 3 months ago..,
and, in-game there is a tab (under coasters) for woodies. You are not going to tell me that they added that just to make a DLC of woodies. AND, one tab for only 1 coaster type is weird, so I expect hybrids (and racers?) as well.

Wooden coasters WILL BE AT LAUNCH at the latest - if not in the beta early Nov!

Here is one woodie, even though technically the supports are steel, that I want to try to reproduce:

The Coney Island NY Cyclone. It opened in 1926 and is still in operation today. It was made a National Landmark in 1991 and it was the first coaster I rode 61 years ago when I was 8 years old:

The Coney Island Cyclone is one of THE BEST coasters in existence -- a perfect "10". I you can recreate it perfectly I'll be sure to download a copy. Thanks in advance~

There also needs to be carnival games like water guns, wack-a-mole, and ring tosses. What good is an amusement park if you can't blow $20 trying to win a stuffed animal for your girlfriend just to lose to a 5 year old!

I have tried in other games, but it is very hard to do from still photos and videos since there really is no way to get measurements accurate.

My first coaster too! And about a decade earlier it was my mom's first coaster, right after she moved to the US.

Yes, photo booth/cameras would be awesome! It's be really cool seeing guests going to see their pictures, and some of them buying them if they had a really great time. Also, imagine guests getting their picture taken while getting splashed on a water log ride :D

+1

I've never been to a themepark without these games

I hope they add the wooden roller coasters into the beta and the water flumes too.
I Live outside Atlanta and as a kid went to Six Flags over Ga. and I used to ride the American Scream Machine.

If they implement that I hope they let us adjust how rigged the games are [big grin]

Really? You do, awesome. I somewhat live outside the Atlanta area as well.

I guess we have something in common, how old were you at the time?

Sorry I missed this! I must have been somewhere in the 10-11-12 range, I don't remember for sure. About 15 years ago. I do remember going on that ferris wheel though, and we were NOT prepared for the swinging...imagine a young guy (me) and two grown women screaming their heads off and holding on for dear life when the car suddenly seems to detach.

Now that I am living in Virginia and no longer travel, that is one thing I really miss in New York, the Cyclone. I will never forget the thrill I had when I first rode it.
