pirate equipment required

Hi. I would really, really like to add some kind of harpoon, grappling beam, or grappling hooks that could stop the ship.
What is the problem: you pull the truck out of hyperspace, you demolish its engines, and it by inertia flew 300+ m/s and flew with a stone. There is no way to stop such a projectile adequately. It is unrealistic to remove the cargo from it by burglars-drone (while you collect the first batch, the poor guy flies off the radar). Stopping the victim with the my hull is fraught with its destruction and loss of cargo.
This problem exists not only when engaged in piracy, but also when performing missions to rescue hostages, cargo, and missions for the appropriation of property. You have to re-enter the location several times to get the necessary amount of cargo without killing the victim (and not killing again is fraught with mission failure). Embezzlement/hostage rescue missions with more than 10 pieces of cargo turn into torture!

Second this, though with practice you can slow them with your ship. I have lost too many ships due to either accidentally crashing into them too hard or because my attempt to slow them gave them more momentum and they started to drift too fast.

Judging by the screenshot, I'm guessing you fly an Anaconda for pirating. There's a technique I use on my Corvette that might work for you. Basically, you come under them and wedge the ship you're pirating between the flat top of your ship and the cockpit. Then, you roll the other ship while throttling down. When you get to a really low speed, the rotation isn't enough to keep them held in place and they drift off at a speed that you can reasonably follow them at. If it's hard to understand, I haven't really tried to explain this to anyone in detail. If you want, and you're playing Horizons on PC, send me a friend request and I can try and show you.
