Pirate massacres missions - :(

These missions are in systems without RES very tedious and time consuming. You have practically only one way how to do these, and it is reentering SC for 1 target (very very rare spawn small wing). Also level of these pirates is very low .. hunting harmless targets is again no fun (why even spawn so low npcs vs combat elite ranking cmdr??).

I suggest next changes to these missions:

  • targeted system is filled with hostile wing of pirates (level also reflects to cmdr combat rank). It not make sense sendiung skilled killer to exterminate pirate threat if there isn't any :)
  • specialised USS with mission target NPCs
  • pirates and normal NPCs spawns more also on belt clusters.
  • Assure that targeted pirates npcs are from anarchy factions which have much higher normal spawn as these from lawful factions.

Taking mission with 48 kills (11M payment) have estimate for finish around 3 hours ... if it would be fun, sure why not, but it is not the case.

If that is an issue I would recommend expanding the length of time for these missions instead. Per 12 Targets CMDR gets 24 hours to do the mission.

Time limit is not the issue, problem is, that there is not fun on this mission. Make combat in these intensive and challenging and dangerous with appearing sometimes elite wing or such npc join actually ongoing fight. This can change boring mission to fun and also offer some decent/time payment for combat mission.

Why not just do high dollar assassinations or conflict zones?
 
a big problem with these missions is that increased rank doesn't make the missions harder, it just means you need to do more single target interdictions and drags the mission out, diluting the pay of the mission across the time spent. There's no point doing a 1 million mission to kill 24 pirates when you can do 250k missions to kill 6 at a time and not risk having to stop playing before you can finish the damn mission.

Agree with your ideas btw, but they also need to change the ranking of the mission to make it more difficult, not just last longer...
