Pirate stations (base) around planets (not in all areas but only a few in some rays (1 or 2 stations around 10/15 LY), but not only appears on the map of the galaxy, unless it discovers the same as we explore but close ... very close as 5Mm max)
These pirate stations will only Cmdr affiliated with other factions present in the area where they are. (eg if in areas :. Federation = CMDR affiliated federation (neutral or +) will be enemies and all others will be welcome. The same applies to the Empire (CMDR affiliate empire (neutral or +) will be enemies and all others will be the welcome) and the alliance (CMDR affiliated alliance (neutral or +) will be enemies and all others are welcome)
These stations will have a market (black) (purchase and sale) with prohibited products in sectors (around 10/15 LY)
only smuggling missions (with only stolen cargo (common products such as coffee / metals / minerals etc ...) which forces to shoot down commercial vessels and steal their cargo.
Piracy missions, assassinations, destruction patrol, police vessels etc ...
Destabilization of certain groups on stations sector (10/15 LY) to overthrow the majority group and a minority to pass.
