Hilarious. I got pirated once, was a great deal of fun and a very memorable experience. Happy to see piracy is still a thing.
If I'm pirating a system, I'll attack any combat fit vessel that isn't a trader I'm planning on robbing. Other combat ships are usually bounty hunters (the natural enemy to the pirate) or other pirates (the competition). The docking computer bit was just me rolling my eyes so to speak at someone using one on a fast, nimble medium ship with a big shield. The manual says you're supposed to fly those into stations at top speed and then use the back wall for brakes.
Ah ok, I thought pirates would usually kill only combat ships with KWS, but seen this way it makes sense.

What I don't understand in the video is why didn't the one guy - who had about a dozen hatch rippers sent after him - why didn't he FSD out?

The first guy (conda) complied and I just took a little. The cutter ran the first time but I was able to interrupt his fsd charge the second time with a grom bomb (the fsd interrupt dumbfire missile), which gives me about 20 more seconds minimum of quality pilfering.

Lol OK. That makes sense. I was briefly pledged to CODE before I became PS4's overtalkative ZOZO rep, so figured I would at least recognize most of the PC CODE pilots.
