Place to catch up on in game lore?

Is there a placxe to read the backgrounds and lore of the powers in ED? The in game Info tells us some of their polices but doesnt let you get to "know them" The ED wiki only tells quick summeries of events that happend with them present. Is there a good place to read up on this stuff?

To be honest, the lore isn't really all that fleshed out at the moment. You can go on GALNet and read stories about goings-on but that's about it.
