Planet Carnival

I would like to see Frontier work on a Planet Carnival type game where you manage a traveling carnival.

A carnival pack makes more sense because then you can just make one in PC without developing a whole new game that’s pretty much the same idea. I for one world definitely be on board!

A carnival DLC would be a great pack to have in Planet Coaster.

Yes, maybe some carnival/fair rides like flying bobs, gravitron, double Ferris wheel, classic Ferris wheel with open seats, Chance Skydiver, Huss Ranger. Maybe some midway games as well.

The OP was asking for a game that´s a Carnival management sim, not a DLC with more trashy carnival rides. There are a fair share (more than enough) of those old contraptions in the game already.
Managing a travelling carnival is a fun idea!
