It suddenly says my status is pending - I bought the early bird 02.02.16 - so i get this message when trying to download: the link is not available.

Verification is failing

Verification is failing - I get the email but when I enter the code it says it's wrong and I have to close the launchpad to try again.

Anyone else ?

what... launched the launchpad was sent the verification code which I pasted correctly then got "verfication failed" and now it refuses to even let me login??? [where is it]

Cannot validate here, after entering the verification code in my mailbox it gives the error "Verification failed, please try again".
Serverload much? :p

well thats frontiers server is may under high pressure^^ - tghe download of the game itself will be from an external hoster. so just relax (i know thats not possible) and try it in 10 minutes again

Same here, verification failed after putting in the code received via email. Even tried changing my password, still the same :(

Fluctuating between 40 minute and 2 hour download time for 91.1MB with a 100Mb/s fibre connection here.

Servers are struggling. Time to sleep soon in Australia [ugh] [redface]
