Planet Coaster for Steam questions

I think Planet Coaster will come up on Steam like Elite Dangerous when it's gonna be the final version but my questions are:
-If I buy the game on the Frontier WebSite, will I have a Steam key ?
-Will the things like the deluxe, the Early Bird, etc... will come up on Steam ?
