Planet Coaster Performance

For all who have a nVidia graphics card, go to your nVidia control panel -> Manage 3D-settings...in this menu you choose the PlanetCoaster.exe from your steam folder and now you set all the settings with the nVidia symbol and click apply -> now you start Planet Coaster from the steam folder

Brought me from 27 to 45 fps [big grin]

I hope that helps a little bit [happy]

Seems that there are issues with the NVidia Maxwell and Pascal Series. Most of the peaople with the Shadow Flickering also use NVidia Cards. On my AMD, everythings fine, except some graphic bugs after the last Driver or Planet Coaster Update. (Think its the Driver), it looks like Steam flickers through the Game when turning around the Camera or in onride cam on the Rides. Everytime the Camera moves. Will Check back with an older Driver, before i do a Bug Report. Maybe you guys should test some different versions of the Forceware for NVidia.

I use a GTX 970M. When using the High setting, I find that Screen Space Reflection and Effect Quality have the most noticeable hit on performance. I have them set to off and medium respectively. This makes Planet Coaster very playable for me, and with plenty of eye candy to look at too [happy]

What I notice with my NVIDIA 960M is that once I zoom out or zoom in, people wallk at a normal speed around the park. However, when I zoom at a mid-level they all seem to walk very slow. Does this have to do with the performance of my graphics card? I have set everything on low or off.
