Yeah, people are understandably split between this and "screenies" but I like to use this one for planetary shots when I can.

I think I recognise the last one, basically the inspiration for what became the Planetary Circumnavigation Club who's logo I see you're now including in your sig banner ... very nice! It doesn't scale down entirely brilliantly but nevertheless ... nice to see that badge of honour, still very few people who can wear that.

Thanks, of those couple screens I took at Palin's site (that and another posted some time ago in the other screens thread) I especially like how the ground in the distance almost seems hand painted, like some cover art from some of the good sci-fi books of old.

You recognise well, it's indeed the "When Buckyballing Goes Badly Wrong" tourist beacon from the short visit I paid to it a few days ago...to my shame, I admit that I still had not made a proper trip to the place again since the end of the Aquarian Job, and I still had to read the full transcript of the beacon (by the way, an awesome recall of the events
). Thinking of the time when I was unsure if putting in that "1% hull" rule in the race was a good idea, I'm glad I kept it in the end, even though I still feel a bit (a tiiiiny bit) sorry for the poor Cmdr Seldon. But in the end it led him to greatness, so maybe I shouldn't feel sorry at all. As for the PCC logo in signature, yes I admit too it looks a bit too cramped in there (the font and relatively high number of small details are to blame) but it still does its job and I carry it with pride, at least I know that even as clueless about general stuff in game as I am, I managed to accomplish something! [noob]
