Hello Zookeepers,

Thank you for your continued feedback and reports since the launch of Planet Zoo. We have a new update available today which will address the issue some of you highlighted where transferring a hungry animal could result in a much larger food cost than usual.

General Fix
  • When moving hungry animals they will be automatically fed. The calculation for how much the food was costing was incorrect and would cause larger animals’ food costs to be significantly higher than they should.
Please be sure to continue sharing any feedback you have on our forums here or any bugs/issues you encounter on our Issue Tracker. We're now working on Update 1.0.3 which will address a larger amount of bugs and issues; we'll keep you posted!

Was hoping to see a patch with the sandbox options, hope this will be in 1.03 and a fix for the ambience speaker https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/8881 , a fix for the random drop to 1 fps for no reason would also be nice as i never had that problem in beta but since the first patch it happens a lot itsa short drop to 1fps then game freezesfor 2 sec and then back to normal only to happen again a couple min later sometimes even 10 secs later, already emailed with 2 different saves so you guys can check it https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/9169

Yes, @FunGaming, we are aware of your reports. The team is already looking into them, but you're asking for a several fixes and changes, which will take a longer amount of time. Please be patient. We're looking to release update 1.0.3 next week, which should have the Sandbox Mode options and maybe a couple of other changes in there too.

Nadal mam problem z pokryciem terenu.
Wyłączenie i włączenie gry rozwiązuje tylko mój problem.

Hello

I still have trouble covering the ground.
Turning the game off and on only solves my problem.

It appears Dar3k needs to use coolers to bring the ambient temperatures down inside their animals habitats so the snow stays on the ground.

I hope this is the appropriate advise for what i understand the issue Dar3k is having.

There is a Texture bug for plants atm. The last update fixed it for the animals thankfully but I still have the bug with the plants as do alot of other players. Just wondering if a fix is on it's way soon?

I know we all keep asking for a lot but I'm happy to hear there will be another significant patch hopefully next week! Your work is appreciated and I know it must take a lot of effort to put these patches out! Should we expect any changes to animal behavior (my wolves suddenly became very agressive and the game started lagging so bad that I can no longer play all at the same time) in that patch or will that be further down the line? Completely understand if it will take some time, I was just so jazzed with my wolf pups actually staying around mom and mom sometimes playing with them that I really want to see more species have babies stick with mom (vs fleeing randomly to the opposite end of the habitat where there is no food or water 🤣). My wolves were actually pretty cool to watch before whatever glitch happened and they became super agressive. I'd love to see baby gazells stay near to mom wolf pups puppy piling!

I had my snow leopard definitely following mum and then later dad the other day. Pretty sure it wasn't by chance - would only go to bits of the enclosure if one of them did.

Yeah, it's very clear the wolf pups follow mom. I've even noticed differences in litters where one pup will stay closer ane one with range further away but even the more adventerous pups go in the direction mom goes in.
