Of course it would be nice, like any other bird, but for me ducks are just over exaggerated and I could live happily without them.

A duck would bring in way more than any ungulate at this point.
The only mammals worth over a duck would be monkeys. MONKEYS, NOT APES

For me duck is such a recent need and I don’t really find them that important but that’s just me. Also I always put some ducks in my birds wishlists but a regular mallard would never be my first choice.
If the duck is super important for you both @RightWhale and @DarthQuell I really really hope you would get them.
Like I said before I never say no to any new animal.

The duck is only necessary because of the swan really. If we’d not have got the swan, I personally wouldn’t need a duck. I only need one now because I have never seen mute swans housed without ducks.

No, I totally understand. I was just teasing, but ducks are extremely common in zoos, so I always thought that it'd be fun to build for one.
Plus, ducks are so kooky, the way they waddle, the quacks, and when they wag their tails. I used to have ducks at one point; raised them from egg to young adult (they were mallards, I believe. It's been so long)

But also, a duck would be nice to kinda make wild habitats, you know? They typically are kept outdoors, rain or shine, and they have freedom to stay or leave, so having ducks would be cool to recreate that, like with the swans

From a realism standpoint a duck is easily the most essential animal by a mile
