Planet Zoo: Conservation Pack arriving 21 June 🌻

1. Pretty much, yep
2. Also yeah
3. Um, isn't that the point?
4. This is far superior than Zoo Tycoon 2 quality, even more than the Radical Remake mod. I played ZT2 last weekend, believe it or not

I gently disagree, I like when the animals look as real as possible, and when the real animal is such a beauty I like to see it as realistic as it can in the game, but everyone has its idea and that's fine. If being able to recognize a leopard is enough for you to be happy fine.

I understand that. But some of the comments are explicitly saying that this is not a leopard, when it clearly is. We don't have another binturong fiasco on our hands, as some have said.
Let's also not forget that 1 photo isn't gonna give it away. Same thing happened with the platypus; the photo looked odd and made the platypus look weird, but now that people have used it, everybody loves it. Is the model perfect? No. No in-game model will ever be, but it's good enough, and that's what really matters. This is a far superior animal than the lion, and I don't have such a huge problem with the lion as others do

Agree, and throw into the equation the summer vs. winter coat issue it's even closer to an Amur Leopard than I initially thought. There is something that looks "off" in some way about it, but as you said, it's a photo. In game video play may change, because that photo could just be lighting or angle, or just timed at the wrong second (though why they wouldn't want to put out the best photo possible for marketing I can't imagine). No, it's not my fluffy winter coat Amur Leopard I was hoping for, but it's definitely a leopard.

Maybe they want to make us hate it so that when we see it in-game we love it
Ha! That's entirely possible. Get us to settle for what we see, and most of us not too upset over it, and then wow us with the real thing. Well, real digital thing. Don't need a real life leopard in my life. :ROFLMAO:

Today's showcase 😁

I think there is no doubt this is a leopard, and not an african one, fine.
So we can put in the zoo, but we don't have to, we do it because we love it, so it wouldn't be bad if we could like the leopard (wich is a highly requested animal and a very beautiful one), that's the sense of have it in our zoo, watching it and taking care of him.
So yes it's an Amur leopard (like the lion is a lion, the tiny camel is a camel ecc..), we wish I could like it.

The Mexican theme is doable in game, and frankly very easy in my opinion. Just combine the stucco walls with the terracota roofs. This also doubles for a nice Southwest USA theme (aka, American Desert theme, as I call it)

As for the southeast Asia theme, I dunno...

Hey, @Doran, you just inspired me to make a custom SW USA theme and release it. I'll be back sometime this year when I'm done🤪
