Planet Zoo: PC Edition - Update 18.1

I really don't want to sound ungrateful @Chuditch and @FoxyDee, truly not as I really do appreciate your input, but I also didn't want people to clog this thread with examples from their local zoos either. 🙈

If we don't have a list then maybe we can start a topic where we can make a list? Would just be useful to know either way, as it would help people who make realistic zoos by looking at which countries offer it and which don't.

Hence why I included the "Not saying that it shouldn't be a thing, if there are zoos out there they should" part.
Haha, do not worry about it, it is probably for the best to not go off-topic in this thread. I made a thread specifically about this request when the Grassland pack came out, I believe other people already posted examples in there too:

I'm glad to see some of the missing biome suitability options in the pack being addressed with this patch, thank you for the swift response. For a more detailed review of biome suitability, please refer to the dedicated thread I've created.

I’m also looking forward to the resolution of the alpine habitat biome suitability discrepancy I described in my post in the previous news thread.

I've asked this in a Discord server, but is there actually a list of zoos that have walkthrough emu enclosures? I've been to plenty of zoos in the EU and never seen one because we usually consider them to dangerous, and when asked the majority of people said that the majority of zoos they visited did not have walkthrough exhibits for emus.

Not saying that it shouldn't be a thing, if there are zoos out there they should, but maybe the reason why Frontier is reluctant to add it is because they're less common than we think?
Not to keep clogging this thread with it (I’ll move over to the other one) but here in the US as well I’ve seen it in a lot of macropod walkthroughs. (I know not a list, but I’m happy to chime in showing the worlds perspective)

Speaking on behalf of my fellow Amphibians, we would still like to see the Tortoise moved to Reptiles where it belongs.

As in from February until May?

And if April's included, I fear that "promise" will be "you know/guess what" in April 1st.
All they said was next year. There's no need to doubt or fear that nothing is coming, just like there was no need to do so when it was announced that Barnyard wasn't the last DLC.

For the past few years all Planet games have had a Spring DLC in the week of Easter, which would put a potential release date on the 15th of April; but this time we have two Planet games so there's no knowing which of the two games takes the Easter-week spot next year.

Wait, did I get you wrong here or do you really think they would make an april fools joke with this DLC? Because if you do think that, I can promise you they would NEVER make such a joke. They might have not the wisest marketing choices lately, but they also are not completely and utterly dumb. No company would promise a product and then not deliver.

Honestly, no company would even HINTING a DLC and then not deliver. They know very well what they are doing in that regard. It would litterally let a huge chunk of their customers let fall away if they would put such a stunt. So no, not in a million years.

As Iben said, there is no reason to doubt another PZ DLC next year. Just remember that next year (surprisingly, I know) has 12 months. I feel like some in this community might forget that on january 31th...

Sorry. I was worried that I might find out that I've been waiting for will-be "false alarm". And it took me years for what I wanted, hoped and expected ones for Planet Zoo to feature and have.

I don't know when it happened and I don't believe it has been mentioned anywhere, but the tortoise is now back where it belongs. Thank you for listening, Frontier :)

Also Planet Zoo had only one classification yet to happen. Fish. That's the last of five groups of vertebrates (backboned ones) to be there. If cannot do Habitat fish, at least do Exhibit one like clownfish and seahorses.
