Horizons Planetary escape

I just come back to the game from few months break so now I'm a little bit rusty and can't remember what to do here, so please help me Cmndr's
When I'm on the planet surface and I plotted the course to some destination which is obstructed by this planet so can't engage my FSD, how can I just go straight up to the point where I wouldn't be in planet atmosphere and will be able to engage my FSD? So in other words is there a way to not spending 30min-1hr on escaping planet's atmosphere?

- Untarget, engage FSd then retarget
or
- Bind a key to FSD and Hyperdrive separately instead of using the FSD+Hyperdrive default

Deselect your destination, throttle up, afterburn, point away from the surface and hit FSD.
